Altraco Privacy Policy

1. INTRODUCTION. Altraco, LLC (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website (the “Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of your privacy.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES

2.1. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

(a) TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED. We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) types of computers accessing the Site; (2) types of web browsers used to access the Site; (3) referring site; (4) pages visited on the Site; and (5) the duration of your visit to the Site (your “Session”) (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We also use “cookies” to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Site, and to gather Session information.

(b) PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED. In order for you to access certain services and to purchase products that we offer via the Site, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes information such as your name, the name of your company, your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address (“Contact Data”). If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages via the Site, or otherwise complete online forms or surveys, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information. If you place an order with us, we will make a record of your shipping account information, and any logo or brand artwork that you may ask us to display on the products we prepare for you.

(c) DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE.

(i) Most browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) features that let you communicate to websites that you do not wish to be tracked around the web. The Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT. DNT was designed to limit tracking across different websites and online services, and not data collection from websites you visit directly. Therefore, our data collection and use is outside the scope of a DNT request, and we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.

(ii) Company does not track or collect Personal Information about your browsing activities across third-party websites or online services over time. Some third-party services that we use, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser, however. You can decide if and how your computer will accept cookies by configuring your preferences option within your web browser. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by Company only and not the use of cookies by third parties.
